Data Submissions

As part of our funding requirements, gene expression data generated on microscope slides using HDBR tissue is made publicly available.

After publication, or when a study is completed, research partners who have received tissue through registered HDBR projects return gene expression images to us. The images, and the associated metadata are then archived to the Image Data Resource (IDR).

If you would like to submit any gene expression data images, please contact hdbr@ncl.ac.uk. We have a spreadsheet which captures all the metadata we require. A guide to completing the spreadsheet can be found here.
